Non-running vehicle? No problem we specialize in transport of inoperable vehicles. We service all major auto auctions, tow yards, and insurance shops. No job is to big or too small. If the car does not start it is considered non-running. It is very important that the customer informs the car hauler ahead of time so that proper equipment is used. Generally if a car doesn’t start a winch is used to get the car on and off the trailer. Cars with extensive damage that can’t roll, need to be loaded by a roll-back tow truck or a forklift. It is always the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the right equipment is available. When picking up a vehicle at a auto auction a forklift is generally available, an adequate size forklift will also be necessary at the time of delivery. Whenever shipping cars that do not have keys, wheels must be straight and transmission be put in neutral. If those two things can't be done a tow truck will need to be hired for an extra fee to load the car onto the car carrier. A local tow truck will also be necessary to unload the vehicle at the delivery location.
